Residential Land Leases Available
The Willacy County Navigation District currently has a number of residential lots available for lease in Port Mansfield. It recently announced the opportunity to acquire land in a brand new subdivision.

Phase 1 (47 Lots)
The new subdivision is located along and frontage to Gulf Street, Baffin Street and Bayview Drive. These lots can be leased directly from the Willacy County Navigation Main Office.
These lots are offered on a “First Come First Served” basis, funds in hand. No waiting list exists, and no list will be established.
